procrastinated
well you can't blame me completely for taking so long to blog.it was madness after camp, concussed on Sat nite at 7pm knowing i hafta do morning shift on Sun...after work on Sun concussed again before 9pm..there goes my weekend!not to mention i have been doing night shifts for the past 2days, and the coming thursday!who do i always hafta do night shift!!!actually its not about the time of the shift,its about who you do the shift with!the newcomers are alright i guess, though i click real well with josephine!yay!and i miss working with the "old" pple...somehow i worked with this particular colleague of mine for morning shifts quite a few times,i love working with him cause he's employee-of-the-month material!he takes initiative in doing stuff, and there's mo qi btw us!it really makes working much easier despite being sei!knowing that you dun hafta "take the lead" in doing the work...and he said something which set me thinking alot for the past few days...we were discussing about this female customer who's real pretty!she's an ang moh, but not the typical blonde hair kind...she got black hair, sharp features(like duh), exotic...abit of latino feel!then he was commenting that latino pple are quite pretty too! but they're usually on a bigger side...whereas in Singapore, we're so accustomed to the Western culture that we can't accept it...he reminded me that i shldnt be like them.which i have been trying to achieve for a long time...cept that i din say that to him.i love my og!they're a really fun bunch of people who were so self sufficient that we councillors thought that we can go home and they will still survive and do really well!so proud of them!and of course, best og goes to us!=)wooooohoooo!but i must say that i am disappointed with quite a few things...i know alot of relevant people's reading this entry...even if not news will spread.but this is still my blog rite?ok la dun say anymore.and of course, i must mention that my og has a really powerful group of councillors!!!its quite magical too!!!people from different group, came together and we were great!there's people from sagira- me, jj(she's hardly ard=/)sashimi- me, qianfu, alisoncyclo- me, aarontila- me(i wanst ard most of the time last yr!), kenneth, jialin, alison, ting guangtailgate- me, qianfu, aaron, serene, zhiwei26th MC- me, peihong, eileen, reuben, jjguess the common fear among us councillors was that we wun be able to click.just look at the list.people from everywhere, anywhere!and im really glad that i had the chance to know eileen and reuben better=)beyond just gossiping with eileen about *erhemerhem*...beyond just rolling my eyes at reuben's lame and not-funny jokes.like i told them, the conversation that i had with them for the 5days in camp far exceeded any conversation i had with them during our MC year, in terms of quantity and quality!=)why did i cry?cause i missed you guys.cause i feel touched.cause i know that many freshies' lives will be changed, just like sagira's.cause its probably my last arts camp.cause things always change.
