Go ahead, be a dictator.
There are times to be democratic and times to be dictatorial.
To be a good leader, you need to be prepared to take on both roles.
Roll right over negative people.
When people stand in your way, you need to go over, under,
or around them - whatever it takes.
Go ahead and shoot for the stars.
You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometime,
you just might find, you get what you need.
Don't be afraid to aim high.
Be kind, but thorough.
You need that kind of balance to achieve success.
Don't let people waste your time.
To manage every detail of that meeting so you get the results
you wants and prevent others from squandering your team's time.
