after-dinner activity

my after-dinner activity was... to visit the doctor and i got an injection...was feeling itchy all over! and i seriously couldn't concentrate at all...and i knew that IT was coming...

cause...

i have...

Eczema
(a form of dermatitis, a skin irritation characterized by red, flaky skin, sometimes with cracks or tiny blisters.)

i was reaclling how bad it was last time...when i was younger...there was a period of time when i dread sleeping, cause i will subconsciously scratch and scratch during my sleep...and i'll wake up to see my skin red...and my skin "torn"...and guess what i did? i hafta tie all the openings of my long-sleeved shirt and pants when i sleep to prevent myself from scratching...but i think im too smart for myself, haha... i somehow still managed to scratch and thus i'll wake up seeing those small patches of blood stains on my shirt...blahs...

oh, this is what i got ffrom the internet:
"These blisters may also look like bubbles just below the surface of the skin. It can be extremely itchy, but scratching damages the fragile skin and exacerbates the problem so it is important for people with eczema to try to leave the area alone."

well, i wish...

the hot weather nowadays' driving everyone crazy...it just makes me feel as if i will melt any minute when i walk out there under the sun...to people like me, it means something more...it means that "outbreaks" are likely to come...and the fact that exams are coming...
WORST
oh i forgot to mention, stress can cause eczema to "outbreak" too...so its really a WONDERFUL combination to have the GREAT sun and GREAT exams coming at the same time...

and that sets me thinking...i should really not have kids next time...cause i dun wanan pass down this kind of lousy genes to my kids man...just like how my dad probably had passed down to me...blahs...my brother also suffers this kind of problem...

the world will turn WILD.
